CREAM PUFFS

1 c. water
½ c. butter
4 eggs
½ t. salt
1 c. flour

Heat butter & water to boiling point. Add flour & salt all at once & stir vigorously till mixture leaves sides of pan & clings to the spoon. Remove from heat & cool slightly. Add unbeaten eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition. Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 for 35 min.

Cream Puff Filling:
1 pkg. vanilla pudding (make & cool)
½ pt. whipping cream (whipped)
2 lg. bananas (slice & fold into pudding)

Cream Cheese Filling:
8 oz. cream cheese, soft
2 ½ c. milk
1 big box vanilla pudding

Mix together. Fill with filling & top with cool whip. Drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.
