CHERRIES IN THE SNOW

Crust:
1 ½ c. graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. melted butter
3 T. sugar
½ t. cinnamon

Mix altogether. Press into a 9 x 13 pan & bake at 350 for 8 min. Cool.

Blend together 8 oz. cream cheese & 2 c. powdered sugar. Set aside.

Whip 2 c. whipping cream & 2 t. almond extract. Fold the above two mixtures. Pour into cooled crust. Add 1 lg. can cherry pie filling on top. Chill 24 hrs. before serving.


*If you want to make this as a pie, half the recipe.
