1 ½ c. crushed graham crackers                                   
3 T. sugar
1/3 c. melted butter
    Mix together & spread in 9 x 13 pan (reserve 1 c. for top).
                  2-3 bananas                                                                
½ gallon Neapolitan Ice Cream (or other flavor)           
1 c. chopped nuts                                                        
1 ½ c. evaporated milk                                    
2 c. powdered sugar
1 ½ c. whipping cream (or cool whip)
1 c. chocolate chips
½ c. butter
    Slice bananas & layer over crumb mixture.  Slice ice cream in ½” slices & place over bananas.  Sprinkle ice cream with nuts.  Freeze until firm.  Melt chocolate chips & butter.  Add powdered sugar & evaporated milk.  Cook till thick & smooth, stirring often.  Remove from heat.  Add vanilla & cool.  Pour over ice cream mixture.  Freeze again.  Whip cream until stiff. (sweeten a little with sugar).  Spread over chocolate layer & top with reserved crumbs.  Store in freezer.  Remove 10 min. before serving.
