BLONDE BROWNIES


1 1/3 C Margarine
2 1/4 C Brown Sugar
3 C Flour
2 tsp Baking Power
1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs
1/2 C powered Milk
2 TB Cold water
1 TB Vanilla
1 6oz pkg Chocolate Chips
1/2 C Chopped Nuts (Optional)

Melt Margarine in a large pan. Remove from heat.
Stir in brown sugar, stir until dissolved.
Add eggs one at a time.
Add water & vanilla

Mix together dry ingredients and add to above.
Stir to blend.

COOL - Then add choc chips & nuts

Put in a Jelly Roll size pan. Bake 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
