CHICKEN WON TON SALAD

4-5 chicken breasts
1 head lettuce
1 bunch green onions, chopped
½ c. sesame seeds
½ - 1 c. slivered almonds
1 pkg. won ton skins (produce)

Boil chicken 45 min. Cut into bite sized pieces. Tear lettuce in small pieces. Add green onions. Add chicken, almonds & sesame seeds. Toss. To prepare won tons; Spray lg. cookie sheet with pam. Cut won ton skins in half diagonally. Place in single layer on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 6-8 min. (or until golden brown). (or you can fry in hot oil). Crumble into small pieces (save).

Dressing:
½ c. oil
½ c. sugar
½ c. rice vinegar
2 t. salt

Blend in blender. Pour over salad & toss well. Toss in won tons just before serving.
