WHITE LASAGNA

2 c. diced cooked chicken
1 clove garlic, minced
8 cooked lasagna noodles
15 oz. cottage cheese (or ricotta)

½ c. grated parmesan cheese
2 (16 oz.) jars Alfredo sauce
2 c. shredded mozzarella
parsley

Cook noodles. Heat Alfredo sauce with chicken & garlic. Mix cottage cheese, parmesan & parsley tog. In bowl. Spread ½ sauce mixture in bottom of 9 x 13 pan, then 4 noodles, ½ of cottage cheese mixture, then ½ of mozzarella. Repeat layers ending with mozzarella. Cover & bake 30 min. at 350 degrees. Uncover & cook 15 min. more. Let stand 15 min. before serving.
