PECAN PIE

Pastry for 9” one crust pie

3 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
½ t. salt
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 c. light corn syrup
1 c. pecan halves

Heat oven to 375. Beat eggs, sugar, salt, butter, & syrup with electric mixer. Stir in nuts. Pour into pastry-lined pie pan. Bake 40-50 min. or until filling is set.
