MOM’S PIE DOUGH

6 ½ - 7 c. flour
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 t. baking powder
2 c. lard (softened)

1 t. salt
¾ c. water
2 T. vinegar
2 large ice cubes

Blend flour, baking powder, salt, & lard well. In another container add vinegar to ice water then add egg & mix slightly. Mix gently together. Roll out & bake at 450 degrees for 4-7 min.
