GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE

8-10 potatoes
1 lb. hamburger, browned
1 c. sour cream

1 can cr. of chicken soup
2 cans green beans
grated cheddar cheese

Boil potatoes for 30-40 min. Let cool. Brown hamburger.


In a 9 x 13 baking dish, layer potatoes cut into 1” pieces, then hamburger. In a bowl combine sour cream and cr. of chicken soup and cheese. Put soup mixture on top of the hamburger & spread out. Drain green beans and put on top. Top with cheddar cheese. Cover with foil. Bake for 30-45 min.
