EVELYN DEAMER’S CHICKEN BREAST

8 chicken breasts
1 pkg. chipped beef
8 slices Swiss cheese
8 slices bacon

Line a 9 x 13 pan with chipped beef. Skin & bone chicken breasts. Wrap chicken around slice of Swiss cheese & then wrap bacon slice around chicken. Place each chicken breast on chipped beef. Pour sauce over top. Bake at 275 for 3 hrs.

SAUCE:
1 pint sour cream
2 cans cr. of mushroom soup

Note: Serve with baked potatoes & use extra sauce as a topping.
