CHUCK WAGON CHOWDER

1 qt. chopped potatoes & carrots
1 chopped onion
3 – 4 stalks celery, sliced

Boil 15 min. Drain & save water.

Add to vegetables:
2 cans cream style corn
2 cans evaporated milk
2 chicken bullion cubes
cooked bacon or ham
salt & pepper to taste

Heat through & add saved water if needed to thin. Add cheese cubes to individual bowls before adding chowder.

Yield: About 8 ½ cups
