CHICKEN CORDON BLEU

12 boneless, skinless, pounded chicken breasts
12 thin slices Swiss cheese
12 thin slices ham
margarine, melted

CRUMB MIXTURE
1 ¾ c. bread crumbs, fine & dry
1 T. parsley flakes
½ envelope “Good Seasons” garlic cheese dressing mix

SAUCE
2 10 ¾ oz. cans cr. of mushroom soup
1 pint sour cream

Place ham then cheese on breasts. Roll up & tuck ends. Dip margarine & roll in crumb mixture. Spray pan with pam. Place chicken in pan tucking in all loose ends. Chill at least 1 hr. Bake 1 hr. at 350 degrees. Heat sauce (do not boil). Spoon over chicken & serve.
