CATHEDRAL WINDOWS

2 sq. margarine
3 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. pkg. chocolate chips
2 eggs, beaten
1 pkg. colored marshmallow
1 pkg. coconut
1 c. nuts

Melt chocolate chips & butter on low. Stir constantly. Cool slightly. Stir in sugar & eggs. Fold in nuts & marshmallows until well coated. Roll into shape on wax paper coated with coconut. Slice when set. (Refrigerate to set fast).

Yield: 3 rolls
